The JKA in the era of Nakayama Shihan - The golden age of Karate!
A great old video showing some of the best world class JKA instructors from the 70's and 80's. ๐ฑ The JKA was truly at its best under the direction of Nakayama Shihan. ๐โโ๏ธ I've been lucky enough to train with many of these great Sensei and I must say that the technical, spiritual and power level that they have reached is just extraordinary! They are all so inspiring. ๐ Let's keep training!!! OSS

Straight forward and to the point...just as it ought to be. One can see how such training would produce a spirit/mentality that could address high moments of stress more than adequately.

Awesome Kata Bunkai by Naka Shihan from JKA!
Here's a great video of Naka Tatsuya Shihan showing several Bunkai (applications) from the Heian Kata. Absolutely worth seeing and trying! ๐ฅ๐ Do you practice this kind of applications in your regular training? OSS!
