CREALLL! I can’t wait to build a super platform with you! 1. Your name + where you serve (city/province) Matt Thibault (pronounced Tee-Bow) Servicing Kingston, Napanee, Belleville and Prince Edward County, Ontario 2. How long you’ve been in real estate? Over 6 years! And almost 5 as a Broker 3. Why you joined Creal (what pulled you in?) I wanted to build a network of like minded agents who are in this industry for the right reasons, and help them succeed. Now the important part ↓ 4. The BEST part of your real estate day is: Showings. I love being face to face with clients as they shop for their perfect house. The energy is unmatched! 5. The WORST part of your real estate day is: I’ve made it a point of eliminating it completely from my business, but it was cold calling. I would rather spend that time with my sphere. 6. One thing you want to become known for in your market: The agent who gets added to your ā€˜favo(u)rites’ on your šŸ“² Need a plumber? A dinner reco? A sponsor for your kid’s team? Why Canada’s Real Estate Agent Lab Exists šŸ‡ØšŸ‡¦
Real estate is multi-layered. On one side, you have clients to serve. On the other, you have a business to build. Both demand your time, energy, attention, and emotional capacity. And too often, agents end up spending their days chasing rather than choosing how they show up. But here’s the thing I’ve learned: The biggest lever in any real estate business… is actually you. So a simple question for you: What’s the best part of your day as an agent? And what’s the worst part? That leads me to an even better question: Is there a way to spend twice as much time on the best… and half as much time on the worst? There probably is. And it would make you more money and make you more fulfilled. That’s why I created Canada’s Real Estate Agent Lab (Creal.) I love real estate. I love teaching. And I love branding. But more than anything, I believe that putting people first in this business is the ultimate long-term hack. Better relationships. Better reputation. Better referrals. Better life.
