Natural Bodybuilding in my 40s
The countdown to my first bodybuilding natural show is on Current training is Days x 7. 4 Days Weights (3 upper , 1 lower) with 1hour stairmaster (11k steps) 3 Days rest with 1 hour cardio on the bike (11k steps) The detail in the diet is literally 4 turns of sea salt per meal 😀 If your looking for any information comment away

I'd die Enjoyment is out the window deans it's performance now Ahh tbf I do like the chicken wrap on rest day and Greek yogurt and blueberries are a nice treat on training days

You know me , love living on the edge That was my biggest insecurity , paranoid taking my top off and posing in front of anyone , I'll probably never be 100% comfortable but im so glad I got a coach , I know loads of details to look out for when teaching someone to pose now
