Resources complete and uploaded for free!
Hi gang I've uploaded the first batch of resources available for free here in the Haven. They aren't in depth, and I need your feedback for where to head next! Reach out and have a chat if you have any ideas or knowledge gaps. Much love, Havenators. MC

Mothers & Wives
I'm an alcoholic and cocaine addict in recovery. When I got out of rehab, my family had no idea what to expect or how to support me in recovery. I can't imagine how my mum felt - knowing her son needed her support but not knowing how to do it. My wife, bless her cotton socks, I cant believe she is still by my side. I'd be in a gutter somewhere if it wasn't for her. It's been a few years since then (I consider myself to be on the road to success when it comes to beating a habit, a few flare ups in traffic not withstanding) and to this day, even I'm not exactly sure how best to support me during recovery.. To be clear, I'll always be an addict in recovery, so by extension, my mum and my wife will always worry about how to provide their support in the most effective way. So this is for them, and all the other mums, dads, brothers, sisters, husbands and wives, sons and daughters that love without condition, but seek direction - the Polyvagal Family Haven - a community focused on helping the person in recovery and the family around the person. I'm so sorry I broke your hearts, ladies. I love you. MC
