If I have and address that i would like to comp on xleads software , How do I search for that exact address? Without using any of the provided lists. Example ; I found a property on zillow that I want to comp?

Does xleads get there property data of the mls?

@David Marshall i would put a clause stating a 2 week inspection. After inspection passes then then you will put emd in. In that 2 weeks is when you can find a buyer who can fund the emd. That is what Jerry Norton teaches on his you tube channel.
