Hi @Celina DeJohn, that's right, and way to go in catching it too! There were a couple duplicates this last week. Puurk actively monitors transactions and will proactively check transactions for potential duplicates. If or when we spot them, we take care of them. We spotted some this last week and preventatively refunded those duplicates.
We have our tax rate set, and the box checked for our products purchased using puurk. However we do not see the tax applying to their contracts, how do we charge them tax on products?
Hi Bethany, do you have a sales tax that applies to Services and Packages, or just to Products? If you're selling products and it's not charging a sales tax, reach back out and let's figure it out. If you sell services and packages, it won't traditionally apply sales tax to those.
Dr. Pellegrino! Happy to help. What you would do is first, create a plan, select from the drop down list of your clients. If they're not a client yet, you can select + add new client.
