Assistant

I have a Transaction Coordinator and she has a VA. Once a client is Under Contract I try to push all communication to my TC. I get involved when it's a negotiation or difficult scenario.

Listing Agreements in the Works!
I got two confirmations from Sellers that they are listing with me! Once Listing Agreement is executed and the other will be signed this afternoon! Going for 2 more before the week ends.
