Peace, family! I am so grateful for Chef Yosef. Since connecting with him, I've been eating more live foods from the farmer's market and I feel amazing! The watermelon is juicier than the supermarket. My granddaughter who did not like watermelon from the supermarket can now eat watermelon! My grands and I definitely needed this reset. I see some of our soul tribe members in the community! I'm excited. One day, we should do some type of 3 day or 5 day vegan, juice or raw food challenge. It's easier when we do things together. So happy to be part of this community. I love you all. Eat well!

@Kia Pruitt Thank you..I am plantbase I started transitioning Abt 8 yrs ago. I was eating everything so I started eliminating a little at a time. I am grateful to be on this journey now I can help others, I like learning from different perspectives so that's why I'm here..Thank you for your platform 💚🙏

@Kia Pruitt Chicken always the hardest, I had let fried chicken go first, then I was eating chicken breast cutlets with mushrooms then I ease on off, Dairy I let go when I learn it was causing mucus in the body but eggs was the last thing I let go but I were getting my eggs from someone that had their own chickens also, I make my own milk but yes eating plantbase I feel a lot lighter than eating meat, just feel better overall. I'm glad to be on this journey, may you continue to be on your journey to better health💚🙏

Ingredients: Chopped Romaine Scallions/Dill/Parsley/Sage Sliced Watermelon Radish Diced Avocado Everything Bagel Seasoning Dressing (Blend in a high-speed blender) 2 peeled Blood Oranges/1 Fresno Chili/2 Cloves of Garlic/1 Shallot/1 Thumb of Ginger/1/2 cup of Tahini/1/2 cup of water/Salt & Pepper to taste
