Gaia types are often taking care of everyone else, and before you know it, the whole day has gone by and you still haven’t taken care of yourself. Athena types can be very busy working and getting things done that they forget to slow down, pause, take time to breathe and relax. Which is similar to the Sonic body type, they love things to move fast, and it can be very hard for the Sonic type to slow down, put their feet up. It’s summertime after all!! Let’s take advantage of it. 😀 this morning, I went kayaking. So today, I want you to ask yourself: what can I do for myself today? Happy Monday 😎☀️. It was a busy weekend spending time in my garden 🪏 and socializing with friends. There’s so much food and goodies at get togethers. This past weekend I stayed focus and had less deviations than I normally would. It feels really good!! Here are a few of my vegetable plants 🌱 from my garden. Spending time in my garden is so therapeutic ☺️

Every Wednesday, I encourage you to share your progress here! So you can weigh yourself in the morning and then share.. if you’re down, by how many pounds, (or kilos) stayed the same, or went up. This is a place that is completely judgement free. We are here only to support and encourage you in every way we can! 🥰

I’m down a pound and a half this week which totals 6 pounds. I’m glad the scale is slowly going down 😊. I’m going to continue focusing on my portions!!

My name is Maria and I’m from Montreal. I was doing well, consistently exercising (walking and strength training) and eating well most of the time. I felt amazing, had so much energy, slept well…. Then my daughter hurt herself and couldn’t walk so she came to stay with me for about 3 months and my schedule changed and I focused on my daughter and helped her. I wouldn’t have it any other way. My daughter is doing much better and I need to get back on track. I need to focus on ME now 🙏😊 I started my daily walks with my dog in the morning. I need to get back into my strength training and to eating healthy at least 80% of the time. I need to go back to feeling as good as I was. I’ve followed your program in the past as you know and I was successful and felt great. I need to learn to stick with it forever!! I look forward to getting back on track. Thanks for listening ☺️

I start my day with a walk with my dog. I walk for about 20-30 minutes. I feel great after the walk! I’m getting back to weight training. Yesterday I did upper body workout for about 25 minutes.
