1% Better : November Challenge
Welcome to the 1% Better Community 👊🏼 Here’s how it works: Pick one thing you’re going to commit to improving for the next 30 days. You choose: - What you’ll do - How often you’ll do it (daily, 3x/week, etc.) - How long you’ll spend (5 min, 30 min, 1 hr) Then, post your commitment in the comments below with: “My 1% Better Focus is [your goal], A short note on why you chose it and how you’ll stay consistent." After you post, we'll shoot you a message in your Skool DM's asking if there is a resource we can create for you, or help you find, in order to help you achieve you goals. (For example, if your goal is to start lifting weights but you don’t know where to start, we will build you a basic strength training program, and tell you about some free apps to use to get your started.) If you have your own apps, process or ideas for achieving your goal, that’s great too. After you’ve posted your goal and we’ve DM’d you about your process, we are going to do an accountability check in with you via DM twice a week, to see how progress has been, and if there is anything hanging you up that we can help you move through. And that's it. That’s how we’re going to help you become 1% Better. PS, We’re going to run these challenges every month, where you can either pick a new goal, or keep building on the same one.
