OFFICIAL: Taking the "High Tech" to the "Old School" (Why I just joined BNI)
Just locked in my seat at a local BNI chapter. While most of the industry is fighting for scraps in cold DMs and Facebook groups, I decided to go straight to the source: Local Business Owners who are bleeding revenue. The Play: I’m not going in there selling 'websites' or 'software.' or AI voice receptionist. I’m positioning my agency as the 'Revenue Infrastructure Partner.' The Pitch: I’m targeting Home Service pros (HVAC, Plumbers, Roofers) with a simple hook: Speed-to-Lead. I’m not pitching the product… but instead pitching a solution to the problem that keeps them up at nights. Using GHL + Voice AI, I’m solving the '2 AM Emergency Call' problem that costs these guys thousands. My 'Secret Weapon': (Why I was grinding at 4AM and MIA in the group) I’m also leveraging 'Neurqon'—my internal AI infrastructure of 9 agents—to deliver Fortune 500-level speed at local prices. When I told the chapter I have a 'digital executive team' working 24/7, the room went silent.🤫 Why I’m doing this: 1. Stickiness: Once you own their phone system and their reputation, they never leave. 2. Trust: In-person relationships beat Zoom calls every time. 3. Referrals: One happy plumber knows ten other contractors. Who else here is using BNI to sell SaaS/Automation? Let’s swap notes on what pitches are landing best. If there’s one thing missing in our industry it’s proof. Not proof of this group selling to businesses. Although it’s insanely exciting to see all the success stories. Proof that what we are building is moving the needle for these businesses. Use cases and data showing because of this agent, business XYZ made an additional $xx,xxx. Data showing lead response time went from 1 hour to 2 mins and that resulted in X% increase in revenue. Metrics like this one…you can use this one… …One customer saw a 40% increase in monthly lead volume just because our live agent was enabled on their site capturing leads 24/7. What ROI are you seeing? How many bookings are you getting from your DBRs? What other metrics would help you PROVE what you are selling actually does move the needle for businesses. This group needs this data for validation. Showing real numbers and not just speed to lead metrics and wow factor bc it’s AI is the logical next step. Cloning Website
I am running into trouble with the website cloning. From the video of Charles and Joey, I have followed what they say, but when I do it, the entire website doesn't clone only the main page. Can someone explain where I may be making a mistake?
