Today I wake up in peace and stillness, allowing my body and soul to catch up with the new frequencies in this lifetime. Rather than moving on to the next, I allow my body to relax and integrate what I have learned in the past and future. As the past and future meet in the presence, the feelings I feel are deep and I feel a lot of pressure. This pressure isn’t bad, it’s my soul integrating the frequencies I am committed to embody. The embodiment of who I am is a blessing and as someone here to consciously harmonise fractured parts, it’s good to slow down and retreat within. I am sending you all love, peace and gratitude.
