Hey everyone, Mason Gray here, just joined and excited to be in the group. Quick background: I spent 20+ years in operations. Started as an automotive and semi truck mechanic, worked my way up through leadership roles, and eventually landed as a Director working with Amazon Last Mile managing their $100M+ program. I've run real operations, managed real teams, and dealt with real chaos. Now I'm building Decion Technologies, an automation agency focused on helping SMBs actually use AI in ways that make sense for their business. Not buzzword stuff. Practical, operational solutions. My edge in this space isn't being a developer. It's that I understand how operations actually work from the ground up, and I apply AI on top of that. Most of the businesses I'm targeting have never touched automation. That's the opportunity. I'm here to learn, connect with people who are further down the road, and sharpen what I'm building. Looking forward to being in the community and contributing where I can. P.S. please feel free to DM me. I love to just talk shop and work through ideas. Primary tech stack: n8n & claude code.
