I want to hire my first closer and someone that answers all the dms in my ig. Are those the same people? Or are totally different roles? And whats the correct name for them? Thanks

@Alfred Egesi Thanks for this long and well described answer. Right now my appointment setter is a bot which has help me to set around 50 calls now. I am wondering if there is a huge difference having a human there and how much would I need to pay this guy. I guess the closer is just by commissions.
