The daily habit that has really strengthened my relationship with Allah is just talking to him like He’s in the room with me and I can see Him. I invoke His name all day long; before leaving the house, driving, eating, drinking, when doing everything.

Asalamoalaykum sisters! My name is Maryam and I’m from Chicago. I currently live in the west suburbs with my husband and 2 boys. Alhamdullilah I converted to Islam 18years ago. I’m still learning everyday, but I research a lot and love reading about Islam so I have a pretty good knowledge base. Feel free to ask me questions, I love helping my sisters on their journeys. I am working on my relationship with Allah everyday. I would like to learn how to read Quran fluently without help from transliteration. May Allah guide us all and make our journeys easy for us 🤲🏽
