My step father had cardio miapathy and congestive heart failure then came goute. He was looking at his death sentence everyday but he never lost hope. He told me to "never lose hope, if you do you have nothing" That hit hard and it's something I hang on to through all the obstacles life throws my way. I even got hope tattooed on my arm that was if I start to lose hope I won't be able to because it's with me for life.
