I could really use some insight, especially if you fall in this demographic... I have made a pretty big pivot in how I work with businesses, which is I think where I always wanted to be but kept trying to fit insides some predetermined boxes (hello 3 individual circuits that said that was never going to work lol). I feel like it says most of what I need but it is long. so maybe: I'm a Life-first Business Redesigner who helps you stop being the primary brain for everyone and everything, so you can build your vision without losing yourself, your family, or the life you built it for. a few other variations potentially- I'm a Life-first Business Redesigner who helps you steer your business toward the life you're building, so your business finally makes your life fuller, not harder (fuller not harder is one of my core beliefs) I'm a Life-first Business Redesigner and together we get clear on what you actually want out of your business and life, then redesign the business, its vision, decisions, roles, and rhythms, to fit it. I'm a Life-first Business Redesigner who helps you get clear on where you're going, then reshape the business to run in that direction instead of running through you. Also open to suggestions. I struggle with taking a really big and nuanced (it won't look the same for each person, but will all involve mindset, communication strategies, coaching, strategy, and operations) and describing it without over describing it...
