What's your favorite CRM?
With so many CRM platforms available today, it's hard to know which one truly stands out. I'm curious, if you could only choose one CRM, which would it be and why? I know every platform has its own strengths and weaknesses, but I'd love to hear your real-world experience: - Which CRM are you using? - What do you love about it? - What's one thing you wish it did better? Looking forward to learning from everyone's experience and discovering some hidden gems!
How to change companies if you have to - Coaching Call Topic
Moving mortgage companies is one of the most consequential decisions you will make in this career. We will cover this in our coaching call today at 12pm central time. Join by going into the calendar and click on the link. Do it right and it can change your life. Do it wrong and you lose a year. I have moved 3 times. Each time I lost at least 4 months of momentum no matter how well I prepared. That setback is almost always unavoidable. Which is exactly why the process of choosing where you go matters so much. If you pick wrong you are not just losing the move. You are losing the recovery time on top of it. If you have to move, here is what to do in order: 1. Establish your biggest needs first. . Sales training . Guideline training . Tech and tools . Ops support . Bigger commission . Sign on bonus No shame in any of these. Rank them. Know what matters most before you start talking to anyone. 2. Talk to 5 to 10 companies. I know that sounds like a lot. It is your career. Do it anyway. 3. Discount everything they tell you by 50%. They are not lying. They just see their company through the eyes of someone who has been there a while. Not someone who just joined. Ask yourself if it is still worth pursuing at half the value they are promising. 4. Go deep on their onboarding process. Not the vibes. The specifics. Who owns your onboarding. What happens to your files in transition. How long it takes. What support looks like after that period ends. 5. Negotiate the sign on bonus on two vectors. The dollar amount and how long you have to stay. Decide which matters more to you. Do not go for the maximum. Build some goodwill. 6. Leave every company on good terms. A phone call. Not a text. Keep every door open. This industry is smaller than you think. We will cover this in depth on our weekly coaching call at 12pm central. Join by going into the calendar and click on the link.

Very well said. Having clarity about your goals is absolutely critical. I've seen many people make a move for the wrong reasons, and it often leads to disappointing results. On the other hand, I've also seen many people stay where they are simply because they never take the time to step back and evaluate their current situation or think about where they truly want to go. They get so caught up in the day-to-day that years pass without making meaningful progress. I believe one of the most valuable things anyone can do is regularly set aside time to zoom out, reflect, and re-evaluate their path. A few hours of intentional thinking can save years of heading in the wrong direction.
