THE CLASSROOM 📓 Visit the classroom resource tab to start you off on the right foot on the main 3 areas of focus for your fitness journey - GOAL SETTING - a 15 minute goal setting activity to help you set the tone for your journey and reset to create specific goals for yourself! Choose a time period, grab a notebook and set a timer for a solid brain dump on all the goals you want to achieve! - WORKOUTS - Download your FIRST hybrid workout to start trying! Will take you a max of 40 minutes. - NUTRITION - Download the staple proteins that can be incorporated into each meal along with generalized goals and facts about a high protein diet 4. THE CALENDAR 📅 Don’t miss our monthly masterclasses and live Q&A’s where I go into detail personally with you guys and help you get the answers you’re looking for. 1. 👋 Hi, I’m Mary! 2. I live in Toronto and I got engaged on May 17 2025. My wedding is set for August 22nd 2026. 3. I want to get these 3 things from the community: 4. Workouts that I can stay consistent with 5.  A meal/grocery system that's easy and I look forward to. 6. A positive community of brides experiencing the same thing!! 7. For fun I like to do these 3 things: 8.  Read a good book (mystery is my go to genre) 9.  Watch Reality TV (me and my fiancé were OBSESSED with this season of Traitors US) 10. Try new restaurants in the city! So excited for this journey!!
