My small breakthrough
So, my breakthrough this week is about me learning how much of a positive impact committing to soft tissue rolling and stretching can have on my knee pain! If you do not know I have been struggling with knee pain only when walking at certain times for over a year now. It has unfortunately made me avoid walking lately which in non-negotiable for me, so my goal is to get back to regular (for me) walking this spring and so far, committing to foam rolling and stretching has helped!!

Thank you for sharing this. I have been dealing with off and on knee pain for years! I don’t know why I forget to use my foam roller; thanks for the reminder.

Greetings, I am here because I am always looking for new, sensible ways to help cope with my chronic, long-term pain. I have lived with migraines and chronic head pain for my entire adult life. I survived a near fatal TBI which has led to my chronic pain and deep concerns for my overall brain health.
