I just watched your first set of videos in the classroom and OMG I am SOOO a type one bride!!! I would like to sustain the results more long term although the push is for certain the wedding date👰🏼
Wedding Prep Isn’t Just Physical—It’s Emotional
If there’s one thing I learned while planning my wedding, it’s more than just a wedding. It’s a journey of growth that will test your patience more than your workouts ever will. It’s not the workouts that throw you off—it’s the opinions, the expectations, and the constant decision-making that can become draining. If you’re feeling drained, it’s not because you’re “falling off.” It’s because you’re carrying a lot at once. Part of your bridal prep is learning how to protect your energy just as much as your routine. That might mean saying no, stepping back, handing duties off to your bridal party or not engaging in conversations that don’t serve you. Your results will always reflect the environment you allow yourself to stay in during this time. Have the courage to stand up for your own emotional health during this time! 👋 Hi, I’m Mary-Beth! I live in Newmarket (moving to North York) and I got engaged on August 4th 2024. My wedding is set for October 3rd 2026! I want to get these 3 things from the community: 1. Nutritional food ideas 2. Workouts to do at the gym that actually payoff 3. A bridal community (cause Reddit is letting me down) For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.  Country concerts 🤠 2.  Binge Netflix shows 3.  Spend time with friends!
