Don't know if this will help, I google persuasion, and an article indicated that there were 3 pillars of persuasion. 1)authority- which you noted, 2) emotion 3) reason, i.e. logic. I am not sure it would work in to Carlos's script (which I Love, now I have to memorize and practice it). Maybe the persuasion elements would be better on your website. Carlos can in and correct me
