Consious movement
Hello movers, This is the phase where motivation usually drops. You’ve missed a couple of sessions, life gets busy, and the mind starts whispering: “Maybe this isn’t for me… I don’t have time… I’ll try again next year…” Don’t let that voice win. Falling behind is normal. What matters is that you come back. As I said many times before, this challenge is not about perfection. It’s about resilience, awareness, and rebuilding the connection with your body step by step. We’re training our mind just as much as our muscles. And remember, movement doesn’t only happen in the videos. You can practice conscious movement anytime: when you reach for something in the kitchen, pick something up from the floor, or take a deep breath before your next meeting. It all counts. You’ve got this. Small actions create big changes, that’s our motto. Keep going. 💛

Yeap... I stopped and I hope I'm not the only one? 🙈 My knee 🦵🏼 stopped cooperating for 2 days, then I got a cold 🤧... but now I will just get back to it and continue the challenge 💪🏼😁🎉

… whatever we call ourselves, we are doing this together. We’re almost at the end of the first week and you should feel proud for showing up. Even if you didn’t complete all the days, let go of the guilt and celebrate yourself for starting this challenge. This isn’t about perfection or punishing yourself. It is about beginning something meaningful and reconnecting with your body, even on the busiest days. Some days feel easy, some days feel tough, but every single one counts.
