I am pretty sure you can nail it! Just do what you love
Hey guys! Love being a part of ambitious people here. And thank you, Jakub, for inviting me! šŸ™ If you build any product or online communities, we are more likely to be good friends. šŸ˜€ As it is said: When you do what you love, you are determined to succeed in it. ATM, – been building community on Product Hunt, where I gained almost 10k people organically; – write a weekly newsletter about marketing and entrepreneurship where I claimed several sponsors; – co-organise offline events (the next one will be a hackathon in September); – interview people and shoot videos for my YouTube channel. I'll be more than happy to connect with you on LinkedIn. Have a wonderful day!

Hi Nika :-) Nice too meet you. And, welcome :-)
Hi everyone =)
I'm a space science educator, I'm English and I live in a magical forest in Sweden with my beautiful partner, Grazia. I teach kids about space and try and get them to create rather than just consume. My dream is to build my business up while keeping my physical and mental health as a top priority. One of the best decisions my partner and I ever made was to prioritise nature in our daily lives =)

Hi Mark, glad to meet you! I like your "I teach kids about space and try and get them to create rather than just consume." How do you teach kids to create? How do you connect it with teaching gabout space?
Do you have experience with a psychotherapist?
Friends, in this post I shared transparently how I would like to develop the community. In the coming weeks I should have a meeting with the CEO of the Czech platform Hedepy, which I'm proud of, because it has a global reach, and I would like them to support us in our mission and maybe give us some funding through a yearly partnership. I don't want to show them only a pitch deck of how our community might work one day. I would like to show them that even with 32 people, some impact is forming, and that we can come up with better ways of cooperation than just promoting them by adds. I would like to present your opinions and experiences with therapists at the meeting. Do you have any? If yes, would you recommend others to use the services of a therapist? If not, why not? And if you have ever considered trying therapy, what is stopping you from giving it a go? We will not be pushing you into Hedepy, what I am looking for is to gather a kind of collective opinion that I can present to the company as an example of what we are able to deliver as a small group, and by doing so make it clearer that if there are 1,000 of us here by the end of the year, the impact will be even greater. -- As a thank-you for your cooperation and attention, I’d like to share one of my favorite community growth hacks with you. If you’re building a purpose-driven or impact-focused community, you don’t have to use the classroom feature just for courses. Instead, you can turn it into cards for your partners and supporters. Each partner’s card stays in draft mode, invisible to the community until you’ve finalized the partnership terms together. Once that’s done, you can explore collaboration options and use the card’s pages to capture what matters most to them, while keeping everything aligned with your community and partnership guidelines. This way, you can be creative and design meaningful partnerships where everyone feels comfortable and supported.

Hi, I have long-term experience working with therapists. I don’t see it as a failure or weakness, but as an opportunity to move forward in areas where I can’t manage on my own - whether in my personal or professional life. For me, a therapist is not someone who is supposed to ā€œfixā€ me (as many people unfortunately think), but a partner who can help me find the right direction, make better decisions, or discover suitable solutions at certain points on my journey. Someone I can "open" to, with whom I can openly talk about my feelings, attitudes, problems, and fears. I also help people myself, but there are situations when I can’t help myself. In those moments, it’s good to know there is someone there for me too.

@Jakub Pacanda hey guys, right :-)
My journey
Hello everyone, my name is Martin and this is my story. I studied Information Management and have worked in IT for 17 years. My main focus has been software development, analysis, process improvement, and more recently, automation and AI. I also enjoy helping other people grow. I do this as a trainer, mentor, and therapist. I like working with people, seeing their progress, and being their partner on the way. During my career, I have worked for both suppliers and clients, as an employee and as a freelancer. I co-founded two companies—a software development studio and a personal development company. I spend much more time working than is healthy, and my work-life balance is poor. Some years ago, I burned out, and it affected my health. Did I change anything? Not really. Until now. Recently, I decided I don’t want to live like this anymore. I enjoy my work and everything I do, but there is no balance. I am starting to work on myself more, and I am interested in Eastern cultures. This is changing my view of what I want to do next. I am going back to school to study Chinese medicine. I want to help people. I want to find balance. I am looking for new path. Is it a big change? Maybe for some people. For me, it is a natural step. Who am I? I am a founder, analyst, account manager, IT specialist. I am a trainer, mentor, consultant, therapist, partner. I connect different worlds. I am a father. I am myself.
