Background: I made a decision to attend the 2026 Asia Pacific Conference in China based on their AI and technology program. The focus on digital inclusion, health literacy, and supporting aging populations is especially important because AI should make information and services easier to understand and access, not more complicated. @Jackie Rennie I really respect that, Jackie. When the WHY is connected to a real problem affecting people and communities, it gives the work a much deeper purpose. Rural communities play such an important role in Australia, so improving access to healthcare, information, and support in those areas is definitely worth pursuing. I also think this is where technology and AI can be valuable not as a replacement for people, but as a way to help bridge some of the gaps in access and resources. I’m looking forward to seeing how you turn this vision into something practical.

Support help??
Is anyone getting help from Support, I file a ticket and get an email that they received it and will respond in 24 hours but that's been at leaset 72 hrs since. I'm trying to see if there is a recording of the Monday session as I work during that time and would at least like to see that the conversations are. Originally I was told to post any questions I might have there and get responses. But as of yet no recording.

@Kathy Thomson I can understand the frustration, especially when you’re working during the live sessions and relying on the recordings to catch up. Hopefully support gets back to you soon and the Monday session recording becomes available. It would definitely make things easier for members who can’t attend live. Hopefully you get some clarity on this soon! 🙏

@Jackie Rennie Building a business isn’t always going to be smooth, and that’s exactly why having a niche you genuinely care about makes such a difference. When the challenges come, passion gives you a reason to keep learning, adapting, and pushing forward instead of giving up. At the end of the day, finding the right niche isn’t just about making money it’s about building something you can stay committed to for the long run.

@Derek Keisner I completely understand, bro. Sometimes life requires us to step back and do what we need to do to keep things moving. There’s absolutely no shame in working a taxi job while building toward something bigger. Keep pushing and don’t lose sight of the bigger picture.
