Another question: What are the 'dots' that sometimes show on the range bar indicator?

On the video on Range Bars in the bonus training the candles are red going up and green going down, but in signals live candles going down are red and up are green. Is this a change from the time of the video? I just want to make sure if it's settings or something that I am set correctly to follow along. Thank you
