Halloween is here so why not talk about scary things? We are trying to grow our businesses, trying to build something that is important to us, and to do that we have to do things that we don’t know how to do, things that are new, things that are completely out of our comfort zone. So thinking about all of that, what is the scariest thing you have to conquer in order to start/grow/scale your business? It could be that you have to now speak publicly and that is your worst nightmare, or that you have to overcome your fear of criticism, or you really dread what others will say about you, or you are afraid of being responsible for your employees and their families. What is that one thing for you? For this to be helpful instead of us creating a long list of fears, let’s be specific about the fear and also think about one small thing you could do to start facing it.
