So I do Adult ballet classes and i am wondering which exercises are best to work on my balances?

Definitely Tippy Bird Sinlge Leg Squats are amazing for balance. Cate, exercises that target the glute while standing up, should be your focus. Also focus on your ankle strength and stability; calf rises, standing on one leg for 2 minutes at a time - this will work the intrinsic muscles underneath the feet, which will support all your balances. Is that where I should feel it?” ➔ “I cannot feel my ________ activating. What should I adjust?” ➔ “I feel tension in my ________. Is there a modification I can try?” ➔ "Where should my breath be in __________ exercise?" No question is too small. The more you understand what your body is doing, the more confidently and effectively you can move.
