Was a run day. I need help with shifting my energy because I’m a ball of negativity

Hey guys I’m back. I been out of town. Hope everyone in good energy

I’m so glad that I tapped in and attended the reiki share last night! I felt the energy as soon as I walked through the door☺️ Good vibes and lots of laughter 😂 Y’all reminded me that I was well overdue for a spiritual bath😮‍💨 So today, I ended up gathering up my (intentionally selected) flowers, candles, crystals, oils & salt… turned on some meditation music and took a (long overdue) spiritual bath🧘‍♀️ Meditated and wrote out some intentions📝✨ Grateful to have shared space with all who attended☺️🥰🙏🏽

Tonight was mind blowing for me. Thank you honey for the invite I def will b practicing all I felt today
