Building discipline
I've been struggling with my weight loss journey as I've been trying to figure out how to balance my 9-5, learning AI, and going to the gym consistently at the same time. It's been really hard over the last couple of weeks. I have a feeling a bunch of you are in the same boat. I was thinking about how to solve this. Here's what I've been doing and what I believe makes sense right now: 1. Scheduled 4 non- negotiable days per week at the gym, the time remains flexible(Why? because life happens, and if you get caught up on the time, missing that period will give you an excuse not to work out). 2. Try to make two of our 3 meals per day healthy in nature. I find that if you try to go for only healthy meals, relapse is inevitable. We have to slowly allow the body to adjust. 3. To avoid bad snacking, just remove them from your environment. Allow your current batch to deplete and refrain from restocking. Anybody got thoughts? Hope this helps someone 🙏 — and all the best on your automation journeys.

I’m in a similar situation as you @Jaleel Mansa except for that I don’t even go to a gym. Instead I walk to and from work instead of driving car, no matter of the weather. Scorching hot or heavy rainfall. No excuses. My blood pressure is high and I’d love to be able to get off the medication.

@Jaleel Mansa Thanks for the tip! I will check that out today, give it a fair chance and come back with results within a month to keep myself accountable.

You have been here for a half year now @Nelson Martinez. How did it go so far? I just began and am new to this.
Closed a $3,500 Ai automation client
Just signed a new client for a custom CRM and lead routing AI automation setup Basically built an automated pipeline that instantly scores incoming leads, triggers personalized follow ups, and books them right onto the calendar, and a few more custom buildings. Closed the deal for $3,500. We let a guy handle the entire outbound email campaign, he got us clients. We solely focused on our strength which was building systems. Have to say in the ai age building is easy. Selling is by far the most difficult thing. So outsource the selling part to experts, you focus on your strength AI automation is magic guys, Wish you all the best

Which tools did you choose to build the automated pipeline with?
Local installation of n8n.
I am new to this stuff, so please have patience with me. My first win became to successfully make a local install of n8n in a Docker environment on my old MacBook Pro M1 and make it access a locally installed LLM instead of reaching out to any paid cloud edition. Then I did a similar thing on my PC but there I chose to install n8n without Docker to try a different environment. After that I made n8n connect to a LLM on a local LM Studio server environment, just to see if it works. By running different setup variations I can get more experience in what can go wrong and discover which limitations these setups have.

What’s the Most Useful n8n Workflow You’ve Built?
Curious what people here are actually building with n8n. Not demos — real workflows that you use regularly. Could be things like: Lead automation AI agents API integrations Internal tools What’s one workflow that saved you the most time?

@Chiranjeevi K That was an interesting use case. I had not thought of that. This could basically fit everyone who is a human, no matter of what interests people have.
