Hi, welcome to my community! I am Colin. A retired Engineering and Construction Industry professional now branching out into Wellbeing. I completed my Diploma in 2019 and am a certified and fully insured Mindfulness trainer. While mindfulness has been scientifically proven to prevent relapse into these conditions and many addictions, it isn’t ONLY about that. I strongly believe everyone can benefit from practicing mindfulness. I also believe it is more potent when practiced in groups and communities and with the support of others. My vision is to train people who want to learn about mindfulness and then provide a community for them and others who already have experience to come together for meditation, chat and to share experiences.
