Whole Avocado Plant protein Non-dairy yogurt Walnuts Pumpkin seed + flax granola Hemp chia & flax (sprinkled a little bit) Half banana 3 half strawberries A hand full of blueberries Almond milk This is my go to! It’s so good! You can add any fruit that you want. I use to add pineapple but I don’t like it too sweet!
