I went through a full rebrand two weeks ago. New positioning. New offer. Basically rebuilt the whole thing. Still connected to what I was doing before, but way more dialed in. The reason it worked? I just listened. I was in the community every day. Reading comments. Watching what people were actually asking for. Not what I thought was cool. Not what I wanted to build. What people kept telling me they needed. So I repositioned around that. $3K in new MRR in 14 days. Your community is literally telling you what to sell. Most people just aren't paying attention.
