Welcome to the breathwork revolution my friend! The tools, the technology and the tribe in this community have the power to change your world. And when you change Your world, everyone around you benefits. We’re here to transform, to grow, and to create a better life for ourselves and for others, so in that spirit there’s two simple things I want you to do: 1. Drop a post and introduce yourself. Where are you from? What are your passions? And most importantly - what kind of life do you want to create? 2. Like, comment and support at least 3 other people in this community. We’re doing this together, which means showing up together.  Stay tuned and watch this space! Good things are coming. Life is a mental game guys! Once you are leveled up on the mental side you can kiss goodbye the cycles of self sabotage and limiting beliefs. This is where you get to become the designer of your own life. Master of your destiny. Get ready.

@Yara Randa Marina is beautiful, so kind an amazing lady ❤️ her 😊❤️

At first I got tension in my hands and arms then in my jaw and chest the more breath work sessions I done then it stopped . I wonder where had it gone had I realised it all . Until I done longer and went deeper in the sessions . Like Brian says you have to go deep and to go deep you have to push through the barriers . I've found the more you push the deeper you go and I have become a stronger breather by pushing and am really starting to enjoy the process . So if you want to go deep you got to breath deep , get you breath and push again . 😊❤️

@Rui Ferreira When I pushed and went deeper I got it again . Its like what needed to come out needed more work to realise it .

@Rui Ferreira That's where you are able to push your limits .

Hello beautiful people 🌹 How often or soon can I do the Journeys. Do I have to wait for a week or can I just follow my feeling and intuition? What’s recommended? 🙏

I do 10 to 15 min everyday feels like they keep the longer journeys topped up when I feel strong enough I do a longer journey again . Bit by bit the trauma is being realised.

Todqy I had a bad day at school with the kids. I came home really emotional. What happened today triggered some memories and experiences with my son. But also made me clear that ehat happened is the exact reason why I want to leave education and strictly live a life of love and spirituality/relaxation. I thought it was a good idea to do breathwork but I don’t know which journey 🙈. Could care for some advice because I need something. honestly, i'd like to go into hiding now or go on a 10 day breathwork retreat tomorrow

Sleep , get a good nights rest, wake up breathe and let the day bring you what you need 😊❤️

I have found that eating light foods have helped with breathwork for me. I'm not sure what others experiences are, but I am curious if you don't mind sharing. I'll eat like a grilled chicken salad or eat some salmon with veggies, fruit bowls, etc. I primarily eat organic out of my garden or see what's on sale at the store. I have made deals with local grocers. I'll see what is super ripe that should be eaten that day or the next day at the max and ask for their best price. More times than not, they give me a price that is lower than what I was going to suggest so I always ask them first and if it's still too high I'll make a suggestion (tips to save on healthy ingredients haha.) Farmers markets are the best because the farmers typically do not want to load a bunch of produce back with them. You come to them at the end before they pack up and they will usually give you really good deals on produce that will last the next week or two. Yesterday I got a case of organic apples for 4.00. These will last probably another 3 weeks 4.00 for about 50-60 apples. I usually share and give some to others and keep what I know I will eat. :)

I feel best when I breathe on an empty stomach, I’m a vegetarian and breathing anytime after eating is not as good.

Just done the 9D Breathwork - 12 Min Session - Getting Great , the breath exhale and hold is harder to do than inhale and hold . You really do have to do what Brian says in the voice over push yourself harder than you have done before to get to the place you would like to be . 😊❤️

@Katy Green I’ve heard of box breathing and watched videos of people doing breath of fire , are there different names for the same practice?

  • 1 like • 29d

@Katy Green We are all work in progress , I found slowing down one of the best things that has helped me . 😊❤️

I did another journey today. I noticed that today I was less able to hold my breath for the time needed. It feels for me like I’m failing. On the other hand I know it’s all in the moment. But still curious what could be the cause of it.

Wim Hoff said in his book that when the breath holds start to get shorter that the practice starting to work , stay with it and when you start to be able to hold your breath longer it’s pushing out the unwanted . That’s my understanding of it .😊❤️

I just completed the journey of Subconscious Mind Reprogramming. Every time I get to the other side of a powerful successful journey I am amazed all over again. Doing somatic trauma release breathwork is a very powerful tool. I let go of so much ''ugly"' tonight. @Brian Kelly said ''Things don't get better. We get stronger. I know that the only way out of some challenges and pain is through.... At the beginning of dealing with challenging painful grief and loss and disappointment and rejection, it feels like I am a caterpillar determined to let go, full of courage and bravado until I progress and grow and reach that very difficult, painful, suffocating, cocoon stage. I do however believe I need to hold on to hope and have faith in the vision of those beautiful butterfly wings. Knowing that they will eventually emerge and soon I will be celebrating and laughing and looking back at all that I have overcome. I will recognize and be thankful for the gift that I so reluctantly received..... @Salome Vogel @Debbie Mouton @Alessia Pretorius @Stephan Pretorius @Ness Saker @Susan De Lange

Wow that is really well written, I feel like that but wouldn’t be able to express it as well as you have . 😊❤️

I have a question. I am alone, my kids are all out of my home and I want to do the longer journeys but am afraid of what might happen. Since I have a very small circle of people around me, who don’t understand what I’m doing they won’t back me up. What is your advice? Who can relate to this?

I’ve been doing them on my own, same sort of circumstances as you. You are in control, you can only go as deep as you are prepared to let your self go .

Hey all! Almost every time I practice breathwork, and not matter the time of day or if I’m tired, I have the need to yawn during the active phase. Is there a reason for this? I’m not tired (have been concentrating on getting more than enough sleep recently!) Thank you 😊

If I do a longer journey I sleep so well that night. I feel it’s the effort to go deep and chipping away at the layers of trauma that is exhausting.😊❤️

Today it was 44 degrees here so I experimented with three rounds of five minutes each (contained in MB30 program) dopamine breathwork while outside in shorts, t-shirt, barefoot. IT WAS amazing!!!! Euphoric morning activation breath is my current jam - the creative thoughts that come up for me that I follow up with action, the adrenaline rush really fire me up for a productive - happy day! The combination was an added bonus for me as Cold Exposure gets me really dopamine fueled as well! Has anyone else combined these two together?

I have a cold shower every morning before I do any breath work , I feel I'm wide awake and ready to breath . 😊❤️

  • 6 likes • May 3

That's how I first found breath work , through Wim Hoff . He teaches breathing to make your body warm in the cold . The deep breathing long routines expose your traumas . 😊❤️

Hello dear people, I want to tell you a little more about myself and also an important question that I hope you can help me with. I've been through quite a lot in my life. incest, abuse and many other things in which I have given myself completely away to please others. my way of dealing with this was numbing with drugs and alcohol. I've never been addicted but it didn't matter much. I was hidden in my head and had completely locked my feelings. I became hard and only rational. over the last 7 years I have started to develop a lot and I have made a nice journey according to my feeling and my head has been getting more and more peace. I've done a lot of trauma work. Stopped smoking 10 years ago and also cut down on alcohol and drugs in the last 2 years. I have not had drugs for the past 6 months and I only drink alcohol with others for fun. but suddenly 2 months ago the smoking came up again. Suddenly I felt like it again. I've been smoking again for 2 months now but I'm completely done with it. i sometimes wonder if this is a replacement but i don't do it to numb or hide anything. I really want to stop but somehow I can't. I have accepted myself in love and don't reject myself on it but it just doesn't suit me anymore. Now my question: does anyone have any tips for me? a breathing session, technique or something else so that I can put this behind me too? thank you for reading 🙏🏻❤️

I find that having a cigarette is a good excuse to not do what is present and put it off . Feel great when I don’t smoke and am able to do so much more . 😊❤️

  • 6 likes • May 4

Perhaps it was triggered by the work opening up a bit of the past , I do feel like it does do that , why after a long breath work journey its good to notice all the emotions and feelings that come up in the days after as so much seems to be changing .😊❤️

I am noticing my back is aching after I do breath work and now during - I am lying down to do it. Could this be the way I am breathing - my technique - or does anyone else resonate with this? Wondering if I should use a support under my back? Thanks in advance 🙏

I can't be the only one that collects inspirational memes/quotes/snippets. I'll share the most recent one that I've found. What good nuggets do y'all have?

How long have you been doing breath work , and how long after that until you done your first guided breath work journey ? Congratulations ✨

Where is the line between speaking up / speaking one's perceived truths vs entertaining and feeding/perpetuating negativity? When is it helpful and clearing and when is it self / purpose defeating ? Clarification; Vis a vis perceived injustices , outright lies , and general bullshit :'D

I’ve found that listening and then deciding weather it is worth me commenting or not has helped.

Is there some way to avoid the lobster claws? Should one want to avoid this? Does the tendency for this to occur decrease over time and practice or is it just a fact of life to be embraced/surrendered to? So uncomfortable!!

When I started breath work I got them real stiff , as I’ve progressed, the jaw upper arms shoulders, it feels like it’s going through my body releasing tension. I feel the deeper and the more I do breath work the better it gets .😊❤️

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.We ask ourselves "Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?".Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to Shine as children do... We were born to make manifest the Glory of God that is within us. And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our deepest Fear, our presence automatically liberates others. This then is our true purpose in life, to discover who we truly are and be all that we can be." - Maryanne Williamson
