@Julian Parcer dope! A couple years ago I collected lots of good, straight hazel shoots for walking sticks. Practical but not much character. This year I've been finding a bunch of walking sticks randomly on my adventures, a burnt madrone shoot, a fallen redwood branch, an old man's walking stick, etc. I'm more excited about these new ones.
