3/29 Webinar Replay "Sacred Identities and Energy Centers"
I always start with explaining the CLEAR method for those who are new to my work in these webinars, but I like to switch up the end to include a new topic or insight each time as well. In the second half of this one I talk about scared identities, energy centers and how they effect how we relate to ourselves and our relational experiences. Also how having trauma or imbalance in any one of these centers can manifest.

Having technical? difficulty connecting to these training sessions and when inside the video it stops at a particular place...twice now..... These perceived technical difficulties do trigger a past trauma for me....maybe and maybe not....two memes that I use as mental crutches....so that I may embody my gains, and align myself, to ensure I continue to make a stronger container for my next P.B., and or win....I already know how to balance my chakras..so I guess that's the reminder for me from the video..... is to do a rebalancing of my chakars so that the energy keeps flowing freely and I continue to progress......chill, and let it unfold naturally....let's have some fun with Astrology....or stop over thinking, what means all this astrology and skip down to the memes below. LoL (Lots of Love). "April 14 Mercury in Pisces sextile Uranus in Taurus This last-minute aspect can bring you sudden insights and brilliant ideas out of nowhere, so pay attention to what you come up with. No more letting them sit in your imagination, wasting away. Go for it! Especially since for the next 5 days, the Sun, Mercury, Mars, Saturn, and Neptune are all touring Aries, lighting up activity . April 15 Moon Enters Aries Work on those new beginnings over the next few days, and make the most of energy and enthusiasm to take the lead fast. The Moon adds to the high energy for the new, so make the most of it. Moon in Aries conjunct Mars in Aries The Moon is lighting up the Aries energy, giving lots of energy, as well as discipline, intuition, and new ideas, so take full advantage. Waning Crescent Moon in Aries April 16 Mars in Aries sextile Pluto in Aquarius Energy is passionate, and this can be used productively for whatever you pursue. Channel it wisely, and you can make great progress quickly.

I was inspired, Janks for sharing, Janet, to have personal best/not quite a win, too: last night, through the night, I experienced a huge shift internally, as the result of doing a great deal of internal work recently and a sudden trigger.....I was able to feel, in my body where the pains were.....when they move around like that I know I am not stuck.....I used breathing techniques...I simply noticed and felt the pains and avoided the negative feed back loops....only the positive feedback loops. the negative ones do not always serve me very well.....felt the pains, acknowledged same, noticed the thoughts separated the thoughts from the emotions, felt the emotions and found the positive learnings and kept moving forward and got back to a sound sleep. yeah!

The short answer is that we all need to get to a place where we can feel inside ourselves that it is ok to just "be". I liked chapter 12 of Jordan Petersons book and the tool he provided ("shorten your time frame", and to do that all one needs in those moments is our breath, it is ok if nothing comes up; as that is an opportunity to ask yourself a simple question..."what are you trying to tell me?" and you may not get an immediate answer to the question and that is ok too....all of this confirms exactly what Amanda teaches and I do not want to usurp her...so think of this reply as confirmation and support for Amanda program and simply same said in a different way...sometimes humans need to hear the same lesson in different examples and ways) also....Lesson 12 in jordan's book, I also actually figured out on my own....it is just validating to hear a Phd Psychologist and clinical practitioner explain it...I attach links to 4 and 5 minute clips... Jordan get a little emotional and passionate in the second video. https://youtu.be/0f0dCGzZU-Y?si=F3sZk809wEFjm1SG https://youtu.be/3EGIlQyEwvE?si=o5Uwu7oWStpKaGdo

Lay down, close your eyes and breath. In through the nose for six seconds, hold six seconds, out through the nose for seven seconds, hold for six seconds...repeat for as long as you can thinking and feeling only your breath....Shorten your time frame and get through the next 5 10 or 15 mintues of breathing as above....after you do your breath work, listen and name 5 sounds you hear, 4 things, you can feel with your fingers toes etc, then open your eyes and name three things you see in the room you are in....can you smell two scents? can you tase something...maybe eat an orange very very slowly and mindfully?
raising awareness and elevating priorities as necessary and appropriately
I have found this site to be extremely helpful, disregard the word (diabetic as it is irrelevant because we all breath).....I heard this being said somewhere in my travels, "nothing else matters if you can't breath"....https://thebreathingdiabetic.com/blog/nasal-breathing-brain-relaxed-creative-act

Information for sharing only always check with your health care provider. I am unsure of exactly what causes the mucus....I would get that too once in a while...spent a great deal of effort to improve my gut health, cut out as much processed foods as possible, read the labels and take the products that have less added sugars, in place I prefer to have more whole foods, self prepared. Time restricted eating as well as intermittent fasting... 5 days a week time restricted eating to an 8 hour window. A 24 hour fast once a week which gets to be 48 hour fast once a quarter and a 72 hour fast twice a year....I also try to get some fermented foods in there...Women need to fast per their cycle....consult https://youtu.be/MkKWScdG2_I?si=tSmdHt6e4mI3kOKZ when I get congestion in my lungs the goto is fermented garlic , one clove a day here is the recipe...https://homesteadandchill.com/fermented-garlic-honey-recipe/ and it is important to use at least half of the honey as pure unpasteurized/ not heated (heating destroys the enzymes in the honey that give it its goodness) honey. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Honest-Raw-Honey-22oz-by-Desert-Creek/113432701

I don't really drink very many sodas....last night I had two and woke up this morning feeling very congested...could dehydration be contributing factor to the mucus build up? "Does Carbonated Soda Pop and Mucus The relationship between carbonated soda pop and mucus is complex. While some individuals may experience increased mucus production after consuming soda, this is often due to the beverage's physical properties rather than a direct increase in respiratory secretion. The carbonation and acidity of soda can irritate the throat and esophagus, leading to a temporary sensation of congestion or phlegm. However, the most likely connection is related to the fluid's consistency, which can become thicker and more viscous when the body is dehydrated. biologyinsights.com It is important to note that while carbonated drinks may not directly break up mucus, they can contribute to dehydration, which can thicken mucus. Therefore, maintaining proper hydration is crucial for managing mucus production.
