Hmm No sessions done . But I have lunch that is healthy. I have gym planned for rest of the week and my laundry stock piles support my plans.

I want to feel less tired. Ideally loose 1stone of fat. Feel stronger and more rested in the mornings. I need to Meal prep and cut down on alcohol. My Bd is in MAY . Have 6 months. lets do it !
