THE HYBRID - Modular build - Glamping style
Everything is routed in guest experience from the first good morning to the welcome home email. So why settle for upside down pods with their limited space and uncomfortable beds? This 3 min read.... posits a radical idea - guest experience matters

Today’s discussion bought to you by the weather
As I wake up I hear the howling wind outside and my first thoughts go to the recently repaired canvas roof on one of our units. I then check the weather reports, it is going to get worse before it gets better. What can I do I have been here before? 1. Finish my morning coffee, not a lot will change in the next 30 minutes. 2. Get into my wind protection clothes and go an inspect. 3. Check every guy rope, tighten any loose, flapping canvas is more likely to cause damage. Repair any guy ropes that look damaged. I did this late last year so I should be OK. 4. Check the areas repaired, I’ve got some more ‘type a’ tape so I might add another layer as reinforcement. 5. Double check hot tub lids are secured they have a habit in the past of turning into huge frisbees. 6. Finally make sure any item that could blow around is secured. Then time to hunker down and wait for the storm to pass.

We also recommend fitting a winter kit for very exposed areas. Basically lorry straps and ground anchors with some anti rub materials where the straps touch

Accessible glamping
We recently installed a fully DDA safari tent on the Sandringham estate which will provide holidays for the disabled community (for give me if that's not the correct term) Its worth taking a look at as this is a much under addressed part of the glamping market place. There is a 3d walk through link below. We had to pass some quite stringent rules and regs, the kitchen and bathroom are compliant. The tent includes two adjustable beds as well as standard beds for family, carers etc https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=5ctPMuRWUMR

@Lewis OSullivan Read your comment, we could be of help. we have a farm near the Hop Farm (TN12 5NE) and would be interested in having a chat about the idea of a temp pop up. We already have our display tents here. But also we have a CCwild cooking table (CCwild.com) If you think it worth having chat. Mark.scott@safaritents.net
