There is not much people yet in this community, but I can be the first to say hello and hopefully contribute to the community's growth. 😊 I'm from Finland, and I have had binge-eating disorder with varying intensity since I was 17 (now about to turn 28). I know the basics of how to deal with it (e.g. eat enough and regularly, and don't restrict too much), and I'm currently in the process of learning to manage the urges when anxiety hits, which is really hard. My therapist told me to practice breathing and grounding techniques to help with anxiety, so I have started that now. I don't have a lot of money at the moment (I'm in an unpaid internship), so I have ended up in a (partly) useful position that I don't have a lot of trigger foods in the house. However, I struggle with meal planning, and often find it hard to follow through the "eat enough and regularly". Also for heart health reasons, and because I genuinely enjoy sports 🧗 , I'd like to lose some weight (carefully) without triggering the eating disorder by starting eating limitations again
