Making friends with AI
I just posted this in another community and thought I would post it here. Chat bots are great. I love the fact that it keeps me focused. As an entrepreneur, I feel that most of us keep moving forward until something takes off and gets our full attention. I know that I think I'm moving forward but when I look back I'm actually moving sideways because without one firm avitare our goals just keep realigning. For the new AI users, they are like us. Garbage in, garbage out. As I now say, “The better the prompt, the better the response.” Funny thing, a bonus if you read this full post. My whole life shifted and started me on this great adventure the day I was learning about prompt engineering. I could prompt engineer my own mind and actually become the director of my own movie and quit playing an “extra” in the movie playing around me. Much love and Godspeed to you all

@Shawn Foppe just remember, those are only stepping stones to a strong foundation. I know a vegetarian lady who's body isn't what it should be because of chronic insomnia and stress. Our bodies need to be in a “healing state” to actually heal.
