BJJ and Wrestling?

Both helped me develop different styles of scrambling that help me in both sports. Wrestling also helped me with using my movement for guard passing and wrestling up to the top from bottom

Aside from injuries, I get fixated on one move for months and I feel like I still don’t improve on it. For example, the last 4 months I’ve been working on the blast knee cut, Andrew wiltse style. Tips for it maybe
