Voice AI for dentists?
Hey anyone had experience setting up voice ai with dentists software like vapi with whatever software they have? Since I can't find any good online vids on this

GHL outbound AI not calling
Hey everyone, who is having the same issue with AI outbound not calling out. After putting everything in place including the consent. But the contact get stuck at processing in the workflow without calling the contact.

I’ve seen this happen a few times as well. Sometimes it’s not actually the consent step causing it. A couple of things worth checking: • Phone number formatting • Country code on the contact • Twilio/LC phone number health • Whether the workflow was published after changes • AI action timing after DND removal • Trial sub-account restrictions I’ve also noticed occasionally removing and re-adding the AI voice step fixes weird “processing” hangs for no obvious reason. Interested to know if anyone’s found a consistent root cause for this yet.
New member from Alabama. AI automation background, learning GHL
Hey everyone, Khoa here from Alabama. Background is in AI automation and systems building. Been building custom workflows and agent pipelines for a few years, mostly for marketing agencies and professional services firms that want to systematize the parts of their business that eat time without generating revenue. Recently started digging deeper into GHL as the infrastructure layer for some of these systems, specifically around lead intake, follow up automation, and BD workflows. A lot of the agencies I work with already use it and I kept running into the same integration gaps. Looking forward to learning from people here who have been in the trenches with it longer than I have.

GHL vs Vapi?
Curious what everyone’s finding works best right now for AI voice agents… Are people mainly sticking with GHL’s built-in voice AI now, or still using platforms like Vapi? I’ve been testing both for clinics and dental practices and honestly feels like: • GHL = simpler setup + easier for clients • Vapi = way more flexible + sounds more natural But Vapi definitely feels more “developer heavy”. Interested what other people are using in production right now 👀
