@David East I think I have spread my attention too thin. So I don;t move the needle enough on too many things. Maybe I need to reduce my focus, and only worry about a small important number of things rather than trying to juggle it all.

@David East the old great idea, someone can execute problem. You get moved/promoted because you bring all these great ideas but you never stick around long enough to see these “great” ideas get finished. You would think with that level of variability that defence would have a robust change management system, but from my experience the right hand and left hand don’t know what each other is doing. I feel for you in that environment.

@Hemanth Kumar does Finance need special processes for change management, or are the main controls focuses on the decision making for the change?

As for LinkedIn this group was created because the GRC communities on LinkedIn are mainly around people selling their services. So this Skool was created for people to actually network and learn from each other. I’d say we would achieve your goal of networking and job opportunities as soon as we grow enough members.
