1 contribution to The Summit Code
🏔️ Welcome to The Summit Code
First of all, welcome. Good to have you here. I've created The Summit Code for one reason. To help people break free from the limitations they've been living with and start taking control of their lives. I've learned over the years that real change doesn't start on the outside. It starts within. With the way you think, the stories you tell yourself and ultimately who you believe you are. That's what we're going to work on here. Through my Battle Ready Immersive programme, subconscious mindset work, meditation, breathwork, physical training, longevity protocols and regular group sessions, we're going to put the tools in place to create real, lasting change. But here's the thing. Knowledge without action is worthless. This isn't a place to sit on the sidelines collecting information. It's a place to do the work, challenge yourself and become someone you're proud of. Your mountain might be your health, your confidence, a destructive habit or something you've spent years putting off. Whatever it is, it starts with a decision. So here's the first thing I want you to do. Introduce yourself below and tell me one thing: What's your mountain? No need to impress anyone. Just be honest. Remember, it's not what we achieve in pursuit of our goals. It's who we become. Your mountain. Your mission. Your transformation. Ollie 👊

Hi, For those that don’t know me from previous courses and communities my name is Mark Elwood and I live in Alberta Beach, Alberta, Canada. I am a Canadian Armed Forces veteran and retired RCMP officer, injured in the line of duty now on permanent disability pensions. I've been with Ollie's programmes a long time and worked through the courses — the 30-day challenge, the Mirror Reset Challenge, and now Battle Ready Immersive. Recruit level. Summit Code is the next step, and the mountain theme fits where I'm headed: climbing is a standing goal of mine. I started this journey a few years ago at 340 lbs, type 2 diabetes, smoking like a chimney and drinking like a fish. I'm now at 190 and building muscle. I train daily around a cervical fusion at C5–C6, nerve damage, permanent partial paralysis and a tibial fibial full bypass surgery in my left leg from January of this year. Sessions get modified where they have to be. They do not get skipped. What the programmes have built in me: structure, a daily standard, and honesty about the life. My faith in Jesus Christ is central to my life. My standard is simple… I’m sure most of you will be familiar with it, but it really works for me — endeavour through adversity, and cheerfulness in adversity. I enjoy these programs immensely and the changes that I have been able to accomplish not only physically but mentally have been life changing. Although it’s been an extremely difficult year full of loss but I keep moving forward and it is thanks to Ollie Ollerton and his expert tutelage. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to be here and I’m very excited to get started. Thank you so much. Here to do the work alongside people who hold themselves to the same. God Bless 🙏
