December 3rd brought a 6 month follow up with retina specialist, Dr. Gupta. Continued vision stability was noted (right eye, dry AMD). In fact, testing indicated right eye vision had improved slightly to 20/40. Continuing MCS @ 20 minutes daily, and have just added 12 mg. astaxanthin to daily supplement regimen. Small studies have suggested 12 mg. astaxanthin is beneficial at preventing retinal oxidative stress. Looking forward to a specialist follow up June 2026.

Guided Meditation
I just completed four 5 minute sessions in tandem with Dr. G’s guided meditation. What a pleasure! The time simply flew, and I’m very relaxed. Thank you for this new resource.

Color light therapy
I would be interested in learning more about this therapy as a companion to the MicroStim. I will do some research, however if anyone has any information or experience with it I would be very interested. Are there machines that you purchase for home use, where, quality issues, price range, daily time commitment, (these are some initial curiosities that I have).
