Former Staff Sergeant with US Army. I medically separated after 15 years. I am here to support other Veteran Communities and hopefully build support for mine. I am a practicing Stoic, I have found that the principals that Stoicism offers helps navigate the difficult times when I feel most lost. Control is something we all strive to have, yet it's the thing thar we have least of.
