Hi, Anyone have time to explain how this stuff works please? I know that its nasal or injectable,but how does it work? If you use a little do you get less dark? Ive seen some people and its like way over the top and a crazy greeny brown like really dark. I like the idea of getting a better tan but dont want to go a weird colour 🙃

@Hack Smith thank you. So if used a little the tan would be less intense? Is it an immediate thing or do you need to start before you hit the sun?

Recon reta
Hi all, Should my bac water be put into the refrigerator before adding it to my reta vial? Or add it and then put the vial into the fridge? My last Vial was already made up for me so want to make sure before I reconstitute it

Reta Side effects
Im about 6 weeks in,all good so far.Started on .10 units and last 2 doses were .20 units. Ive noticed that Im getting restless legs,I used to get it before I started but only when Im really tired. Also sensitive and sore areas of skin in random places.Anyone else notice this? Any other notable side effects?

Titrate or not?
Morning all, Had 4 doses of Reta so far. Always on Saturday morning. 1st 2 weeks .10 per week.Feeling great. By wednesday on week 2 started a bit of hunger. Week 3 and 4, .15 per week. Still feeling great. Seeing results. Again hunger creeps back around wednesday. Do I go up to .20 or stay at .15 and fight the hunger?

Hi Cindy yes Im doing point 15 from A 20mg vial that has 2ml of back water. I see the pens start at 2.5 but im happy to do smaller doses as Im definitely seeing results. Lost over 6lbs in 4 weeks. Want to lose it slowly and steadily. My step son is using tirz and has lost over 3 stone in a couple of months...but is getting a lot of loose skin. Slow and steady for me. You think I should go up to 0.20 and see how that goes?

Menopause
Hi all,are any of the ladies in this group using mots-c to help with menopause? Can it be used alongside tirz or reta? Also what kind of doses of the mots-c? New to all this. My wife is using the tirz 5mg pen atm. Im on my 4th week of reta and definitely seeing and feeling results. My wife's been on the tirz for a few months and not seeing much results. Any advice appreciated 👏

@Cindy Long true. We are in the U.K and our health service dont take hormone imbalances too seriously. Especially for men. I myself am on a trt journey,no service for me here at all. Had to go privately to get anywhere. My wife isn't a very patient lady 🫣

@Cindy Long definitely not nice at all...I know how down I felt when my test levels were on the floor and I know her issues are far worse than mine. Just hope we find something that will work for her 🤞
