I’ve been going through a really tough internal battle lately — heavy unfulfilment and mental warfare that’s been affecting my walk with God and my ability to lead this ministry well. Jesus starts off by telling Johns disciples the good news and miracles he has done in (Mathew 11:7) Then in (Mathew 11:6) Jesus says "God blesses those who do not fall away because of me" The point of this passage is to tell John to not doubt him and continue to trust, because he is doing all these miracles. And Jesus is saying that those who might not know what God is doing in their life or are put off by some of the things that Jesus is teaching but still have faith and still live a Godly life are blessed. (Mathew 11:8-10) Jesus is explaining the importance of John and how he was the one to prepare the way for Jesus. In (Mathew 11:8-9) he explains how John is more than a prophet and does not live in an expensive palace or wear expensive clothes. This shows that to be faithful and walk with Christ you dont need an expensive house or expensive clothes or material things. To sum this message up dont doubt God, because if his son is able to do miracles and so much good and die on the cross for our sins then why doubt God? And dont put material things or money over God, or anything over God for that matter. Somone with a mansion and beautiful cars who is living a rich life might not be walking as close to God as you are.

I feel like the only way to remove my phone addiction is if I don't have a phone and get a flip phone. I've tried a lot of things to stop, but I still can't stop looking at soccer content, especially with the World Cup right now. I love soccer, but I can see it becoming an Idol. I think it is already an idol. I have had months or weeks of being in control, but as you know, depending on the will never works. I have also tried prayer many times, but I just cannot seem to be delivered. I don't get it, for me, some sins are just easy to hate and not do, but some are just hard to ignore, like entertainment, like soccer. This is even harder because I grew up with soccer and Joga Bonito videos.
