Still haven’t connected with any people yet, Ive been cold calling and sending mailers but have yet to receive any call backs. I know I need to explore new avenues of marketing but I wonder if my voicemails just arent cutting it.. any advice for openers when getting someone on the phone or leaving a voice message? Maybe I'm going about it poorly.

Hi everyone, I am an investor and broker in Charlotte, NC focused on growing my portfolio. My full-time job is in the tech industry. I currently own 3 properties as long-term rentals and have a goal to reach 100 doors by 30 years old (just turned 25 recently). Short term goal is to have another property by July. For marketing, I recently decided to test out having VA's cold call for me and have been at it for a couple weeks with no deals yet, but am being persistent.
