So here I am online wanting to share some inspiration and seek inspiration. I work as an Art Teacher in a Primary School but really my passion is art for wellbeing and healing. I felt a push from the universe to share what I have learnt over the past 20 years. I'll be sharing my tool kit for tapping into your inner creative landscape. I felt like this image shows the difference between Art as a subject at school and expressive art as a resource for dealing with life! It's messy, surprising and reminds us who we really are!
